Is It Constitutional?

Our mission is to require our lawmakers to adhere to the Constitution.  This group will address those areas where the Constitution is being violated in our Congress, Judiciary and Executive branches of government.  To quote John Adams, "The Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.  It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

On September 17, 2011,  America will celebrate the 224th anniversary of the world’s most important freedom-protecting document – the United States Constitution. This week in 1787, our forefathers met in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall and signed the founding document that has made our country the freest in world history.

America's problem is people's failure to acknowledge the importance of James 4:17 and to honor it by doing what's right? A fallout of this is that we tend to reject facts; some of which I find in the following that is related to our Constitution.

Some important facts are:

 * Government’s PURPOSE is to secure people’s unalienable RIGHTS.

* Any Act diminishing or destroying anyone’s ability to enjoy a RIGHT is an illegal Act.

* Those responsible for passing and/or perpetuating an illegal Act are criminals.

* If the Act supports an enemy of the Constitution the criminals are guilty of Treason.

* A comparative analysis of lawful and present government shows members of both major political parties supported creation of the New World Order (NWO) on behalf of bankers who, if one accepts current monetary policy that’s in consonance with the 5th Plank of the Communist Manifesto as being legal, will one day hold title to all real wealth of their choice, a mortgage on the remainder and a claim on all future production.

* A nation must be one of laws or lawless! America is lawless so far as politicians go.The Supreme law must be upheld.

* It’s self-evident members of our major parties don't honor their oath and Americans are ruled by a criminal syndicate.

* Our Constitution and willingness to unite on actions designed to hold the criminals accountable offer the best and perhaps ONLY obstacles to the criminals promoting the NWO.

* Two options available for restoring the Republic are enforcement of our laws via action by law enforcement personnel and/or “we the people” or the election of people having the knowledge, courage and integrity needed to do so.

Discussion: A second American revolution focused on returning government to one of, by, and for the people is needed. It can and prayerfully will be peaceful but if this is to be Americans must unite, not in body but in spirit and action to convince law enforcement personnel to honor their oath and hold those responsible for our plight accountable under the law or insuring the election of qualified representatives.

> America is at a crossroads! We can get behind a plan such as that at or be engulfed in the NWO. It's an individual decision.

> Leadership dedicated to uniting voters is needed at every level.

> Veterans, due to their geographical dispersion, access to facilities, earned respect, training and obligation are in a position to provide this leadership and should gladly do so.

> To control its own destiny, America must withdraw its commitment to support U. N. policies, regain its independence, bring monetary policy into conformance with the Constitution, repudiate its fraudulently created debts and voters should support a political party and/or individuals not under the control of the unseen hand.

Patriots: So many people are interested in this Common Law Grand Jury that we have given it a tab so you can easily find what you are looking for.  Be sure to read the text box for more info on what this is about.  Lawyers come out of law school having been taught Admiralty Law.  The Constitution is not about Admiralty Law, it's about natural law.  Therein lies the problem.

Arizona's new bill SB1439 to recognize gold and silver coin as per U.S. Constitution (read Article 1) has just passed the House Rules Committee as the final review to a final floor vote before presenting to Gov. Brewer. Per amendment, it won't go into effect for a year so we can offer a technical correction supplying details for just how to encourage physical repositories where you can keep your silver bullion/coins and use that real wealth for living WITHOUT inflation.

While the FED won't like that, we won't be volunteering for their legalized plundering of our lifetime of work by instead preserving value by using honest money 'for a change' (pun intended!).

Bone up on constitutional money at

Now it is UP TO YOU to hound your representative to vote this in and press the governor to sign for the good economic health of our Arizona business and personal environment. Let's offer a soft landing for business fleeing California instead of watching them fly over us toward Texas and place Phoenix on par with Zurich and London! This is one of the best ways to create and preserve jobs in Arizona.

Colorado Christian University Sues Federal Government Over Health Care

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – Colorado Christian University in Lakewood is taking the federal government to court. The school says it’s being coerced into violating its deeply-held religious beliefs.

The beliefs involve strong opposition to abortion.

There are some 4,000 students and 500 employees associated with the university. The school offers a group health plan to its employees and students.

Under a federal mandate the plan must offer contraceptives. That leaves the school’s administration, led by former U.S. Sen. Bill Armstrong, facing an important ethical question. “(It’s) whether or not people, or in our case universities, who have seriously held moral convictions against abortion, should nonetheless be required to pay for it and support it, and endorse it, in effect,” Armstrong said. The departments of Health and Human Services and Labor and Treasury have been named in the lawsuit charging, “A deliberate attack by the government on the religious beliefs of the Colorado Christian and millions of other Americans.” Beverly C. Ailts is the executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Colorado and feels the university’s lawsuit is misleading. “No one is compelling anyone to take action against their religious beliefs,” Ailts said. “They are making contraception more accessible and affordable to those who want to take contraception.” “I supposed that if we lose then one option that we will look at … is to simply stop offering health insurance coverage to our employees,” Armstrong said. Right now the university’s stance against abortion is so strong that employees must sign a pledge not to take part in it.

The following is a chilling list of executive orders giving total power to the government to do with the citizenry whatever it wants to do. I send it in the context of the recent passage of an act that trashed the Posse Comitatus Act and gave the army the right to arrest and disappear citizens on US soil, without warrants or reasonable cause.

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:...

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990
allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995
allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997
allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998
allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999
allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000
allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001
allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002
designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003
allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004
allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005
allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051
specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310
grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049
assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

                      EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921
allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the...

                      National Security Act of 1947
allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

                      1950 Defense Production Act
gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

                      Act of August 29, 1916
authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

                     International Emergency Economic Powers Act
enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

The Constitution and Limited Government

Two cases that are currently making their way to the Supreme Court may well in the short term decide the constitutional issue of the reach and extent of the federal government. At stake, in other words, is the future of limited government. And together, these two cases present an exceedingly odd situation. In the case of the Arizona illegal alien law, the federal government is suing a state for constitutional violations; and in the case of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act—that is, Obamacare—more than half the states are suing the federal government, contesting the Act’s constitutionality. It is indeed a litigious season.

The following is a revealing quote from the April 28, 2010 issue of the Prager Zeitungon, Prague's daily newspaper, in the Czech Republic. What the writer said relates directly to the task before us of defending and restoring the Constitution:

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America ..Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president."

Wow. They're right. Obama was elected by a "vast confederacy of fools." But let's remember two things:

1. Brave American hearts still beat in most of them. They've only gone astray, but not necessarily forever.

2. Most of the American electorate were turned into fools via multiple decades of Progressive propaganda. It came from every possible direction: the schools, television programs, movies, local and national newspapers, magazines, outspoken political operatives and social opinion leaders. Legions of  advocacy groups with hidden socialist agendas have infiltrated every facet of our civic life. Important institutions, like the AARP and AMA (American Medical Assn) were taken over by these groups and made to parrot their disinformation.

The good news is that NOT EVERYONE in America was susceptible. The members of the Tea Parties was self-selected by their own mentalities. Almost unanimously, tea partiers exhibit a robust critical faculty, a highly-developed sense of practicality, a down-to-earth and collaborative spirit. These are some of the qualities that defined the American electorate that produced the Founders and the Constitution.

In us, members of the TP, this spirit was more than strong enough to withstand many decades of disinformation and powerful social pressure exerted by the Progressives. This spirit is the source of the moral authority that tea partiers uniquely hold on the national political scene.

This intrinsically American group of qualities is the birthright of all Americans, and I am sure that most Americans who voted for Obama still have the remnants of them ready to be reawakened. It's up to us to reacquaint the citizenry with the core of our American culture. We are the only ones qualified and capable of doing it.

I am not sure of all the details of HOW to do it. But I DO know that the job must start with the Declaration and the Constitution, which embody the essence of that culture.

We need to bring the Constitution to the forefront of the American political conversation by relating it to every event. By standing firm in defense of teh Constitution whenever it is breached, whether in Congress or elsewhere. Only by doing that can we make it clear how central the Constitution is to everything that is American.

If we harp on this topic, just as the Progressives have harped on global warming, we will win the battle.

That is because evil can only take over a vacuum. It only wins when unopposed. When Right opposes it, quite promptly, it shriinks and disappears. But the effort must be made, the impetus provided.

A good time to start would be immediately. I would like to suggest that we use this forum as an ongoing brainstorming session to come up with every possible method of accomplishing this task.
