From the Governor

Gov. Ducey has gotten off to a pretty good start with his new proposed budget.  It remains to be seen whether it gets past in tact and can be funded.  It calls for NO NEW taxes.  All fingers crossed!

For the time being, it's too soon to take a position on Gov. Ducey.  Let's let him get his Governor's legs under himself for a while.  He is not as experienced in the workings of the Governor's office as past Governors we've had.  We are willing to give him a break... for a while.

Susan:  Those badges were made to be given out at the Tempe 4th Celebration.  I don't know if I still have that.  May have given it to someone who showed up and needed a badge.  I'll look to see if it's still in the bag but I'm out of town now.

Is it possible to pick up my "badge" soon.  Please send email to to arrange for my pick up.

Looking for some circulators to work the glamorous Chase field. We will need at least 15 persons to work side by side rubbing elbows with Diamondbacks fans as we continue to put a pox upon the cursed Brewer/McComish Medicaid Expansion Fraud.
We will want to meet at Bolin Plaza for a free ride to the field. You will be supplied with blank petition forms [also free] and there are some clip boards [loaned] bring your own for that personal touch. You should think about water, and maybe a hat, not necessarily diamondbacks. We are going to try to rotate positions for breaks and you will work in pairs or more. You will be able to leave [if you desire] with a free ride back to your car at Bolin when the game starts, and the second shift takes over. However, you may stay and work the beer shift after the game.
This courtesy that has been extended to us is extremely valuable and today will be our first day of full on exposure. Yesterday a couple of brave, if not over confident, circulators tried to end the petition gathering by obtaining all signatures needed to end this effort. They fell short, so lets put a full compliment of collectors out there and get some momentum going.

See ya there!

From a friend of AFA:

Here’s another place to go every weekend: The Barney Family Sports Complex attracts about 2,000 people on the weekends who participate in the indoor volleyball/soccer tournaments. It is located at 22050 E. Queen Creek Rd., Queen Creek.

Places I've gotten a lot of signatures quickly:

Condos, especially in retirement areas

Trailer Parks - yes, really, those people don't want to pay more taxes and many of them are retirees

Outside theaters on Friday and Saturday evenings

Tom Husband will be working with the good folks at Chase Field (see dates in the July 11 posting in Discussions above) to lay out the best locations for everyone working the ball games.  There cannot be too many of us there.  Should be a quick way to get a lot of signatures.

ALSO, someone suggested the bars and restaurants around Chase field will be good, too.  Get them as they leave.  People got into these places up to 2 hours ahead of game time!!

We still need a copy or good photo of the BRAT petition from anyone in State.

Hi all. Just finished another 7 1/2 hours of standing in the heat getting signatures.  I was at Mesquite Library and got about 75 - 80 signatures. The other PAID petition circulator that was there said he was going to get the petition this Saturday FOR the OBrewercare passage.  I wiill be in other locations, but if someone wants to go there and see what he is up too - be my guest.

My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.

The best in books to make every conservative start thinking in new ways about America and the world being controlled by the Obama Administrations AND Republicans and Democrats.  Some surprises are in store for those who look!

Suppose the earth and its inhabitants exist in order to identify just what causes mankind continually to suffer so many troublesome problems and afflictions.

At present, most persons decide to act on whatever happens with their thoughts. But doing so puts them in competition with one of the creator's natural laws first identified by Richard Wetherill.

The answer is not complicated. People must stop basing their behavior on their personal thinking. Instead they have to act on the creator's thoughts, here being described in the English language as rational, honest, and morally right.

No longer should people reason from their concepts of good and evil, right and wrong, likes and dislikes, or whatever else comes to mind. Instead, mankind must think the creator's thoughts. That enables them successfully to do what is rational, honest, and morally right.

That may seem incredible until understood. But, consider that it is the way that mankind can escape the death penalty everybody has been paying since the days that people were created.

Join the survivors who have stopped their personal thinking. They now base their behavior on the creator's guiding thoughts to act in a way that is rational, honest, and morally right.
