Watching the Elections

This is the place for the latest news on all Elections.  Please feel free to post any VERIFIABLE information you get that would help to inform our electorate.  Beware of what you get off the internet unless it is from a trusted source.  The Dems and Soros crowd are posting false info and photos and videos trying to make the conservatives buy into false premises to look foolish.  Very important.  Example: the photoshopped photo with the Obama's putting their hands on they RIGHT side during the Pledge!

THE HAIRCUT ...

Blessed are those that can give without remembering, And take without forgetting.

One day a florist went to a barber named Norma for a haircut. After the cut, he asked about his bill, and the barber replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing community service this week.' The florist was pleased and left the shop. When the barber went to open her shop the next morning, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for her at the door.

Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you , I'm doing community service this week.' The cop was happy and left the shop. The next morning when the barber went to open up, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen donuts waiting for her at the door.

Then a Congressman came in for a haircut, and when he went to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I can not accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week.' The Congressman was very happy and left the shop. The next morning, when the barber went to open up, there were a dozen Congressmen lined up waiting for a free haircut.

And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between the citizens of our country and the politicians who run it.  BOTH POLITICIANS AND DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON!  AND WHY WE NEED TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT WE NEED TO INFORM VOTERS TO VOTE SMART!

Leftists are circulating a petition for open primaries. This will probably be successful and it will effectively destroy our republican form of government. If you have any ideas on how to counter this movement among independents, libertarians and dems - please let me know!

16 REASONS WHY MITT ROMNEY WOULD BE A REALLY, REALLY BAD PRESIDENT
Excerpts from this article:
…So will Mitt Romney be the next president of the United States? Well, he certainly fits the part. He looks like a president and he speaks very well. But when you look at what he really stands for that is where things become very troubling.  Read more. - East Texas Constitution Alliance

Star Parker: Liberals treat Herman Cain like a runaway slave

Listen to the debate from Sean Hannity's radio show.

Listen to Star Parker on Sean Hannity's radio program from November 2, 2011, when she was asked about the treatment of Herman Cain by liberals who don't share his policies:
"During slavery anytime somebody decided they were going to listen to the abolitionists' call and that they were going to run away, they would get away. Then up until the time they passed the fugitive slave law, if an overseer found a black runaway they would bring them back to the plantation. Then they would call all the other slaves out and make them watch that slave's skin be stripped from him so that nobody else would think about freedom.

"This is the environment that we now have with these black overseers who dare any conservative, or someone who's thinking about being conservative, to not speak publicly. What we have now is a community of African-Americans who are questioning the principles of this administration, the platform of this administration when it comes to being pro-life and other deeper social and moral questions. But also the policies of this administration that have created this environment to where the [black] unemployment rate is now twice that of the general population.

"The reason they cannot say it in public is because this is what happens when one starts to say publicly, 'maybe we should rethink our place in this great nation and in our history.'"

The Arizona Democratic Party

Dear Friend--

Jan Brewer and the Republicans in the Senate may have gotten their illegal vote, but we’re winning the messaging war.

Our communications and rapid-response operation has attracted national attention to Brewer’s overreach in illegally removing the chair of the Independent Redistricting Commission. Last night, Chairman Andrei Cherny was making our case on MSNBC’s “Hardball” with Chris Matthews. I’ve included the link to the interview so you can see for yourself.

The nation is focused on Arizona, and we’re leading the charge against Brewer. We couldn’t do it without your help. Would you click here to help us in this fight?

Our argument against Brewer is resonating nationally. In the past 72 hours, we've been the lead story on the Huffington Post and received coverage from The New York Times, Roll Call, and USA Today, to name just a few.

Because our relentless efforts have put Republicans on the defensive, you can expect them to counterattack and pull out all the stops to justify their illegal removal of the independent chair of an independent, voter-created commission. Your help can give us the resources we need to stay ahead of the Republicans and call attention to their outrageous overreach and abuse of power.

Brewer and the rest of the GOP have shown they will stop at nothing to hijack this citizen process. Can you help us fight to keep competitive districts with a donation...

Yours in the fight,

Luis Heredia
Executive Director

The Oppo Dump on Herman Cain begins in Earnest.

Hours after the Politico’s Roger Simon accused the GOP of being racist, the Politico begins a sincere effort to destroy the black guy running to be the GOP’s Presidential nominee. The opposition dump on Herman Cain has begun in earnest. Before getting into the details, let’s pay attention to what this means.

It means for certain that Herman Cain’s lead in the polling is real — very, very real. People are taking him seriously. Mr. Cain is about to spend a week in Washington answering questions and giving speeches. Someone wanted to make sure he has a miserable week. Read article. -Redstate

Mitt Romney is probably thanking his lucky stars the Politico decided to drop a Sunday night hit piece on Herman Cain alleging Cain sexually harassed at least two women. Had it not happened last night, this morning the political world would be talking about George Will’s stinging take down of Mitt Romney and conservatives who support him coupled with Chris Wallace’s observation that Mitt Romney won’t come on the Sunday shows to be asked tough questions.

I’ll address the Cain issue later today, but I don’t want to ignore the Mitt Romney issue just yet.

Back after the 2008 campaign ended and John McCain was winding down his campaign, a McCain staffer sent me the 200 pages of opposition research the campaign had compiled on Mitt Romney. The staffer told me I might find it useful by 2012. Between computer changes, email changes, etc. I lost it.   Read entire article
