Arizona Citizens Supporting Honest Representative Government At All Levels
John Boehner is toast... he doesn't have the votes to continue as Speaker of the House, and now, all it takes to dump Boehner once and for all is for one Congressman to bring Congressman Mark Meadows' motion to remove Boehner as Speaker of the House to the floor of the House as a privileged resolution.
And once that privileged resolution motion is made, under the rules of the House of Representatives; a vote MUST occur and Boehner is powerless to stop it.
It's that simple folks, but conservative members of Congress will only hold that vote if they hear from you. They need to know that patriotic Americans are standing behind them and want them to take this drastic step; and that's why we need to generate over 150,000 Blast Faxes and calls to conservat...
Make No Mistake, The Campaign To Dump John Boehner As Speaker Of The House Just Moved Into High Gear.
You may already know what has been happening behind the scenes. The day before Congress went on recess, on July 28, Congressman Mark Meadows introduced H.Res.385, a measure to declare the Speaker's Chair vacant.
And at first, John Boehner was actually going to call a quickie vote on H.Res.385 as a means of putting Meadows in his place and affirming to all that his position was secure.
But then, a very strange thing happened, as Boehner's lieutenants whipped the votes, they found out that Boehner probably did not have the votes to retain his position as Speaker of the House, because conservative Members of Congress, like you, have had enough of John Boehner and his attempts to advance the radical Obama agenda for far too long.
And suddenly, oblivion in the minds of Boehner and his minions gave way to panic... Boehner moved quickly.
Boehner announced to the media that Meadows' coup was no big deal... he said he wasn't worried... but that was a bald-faced lie.
Using (some might say, abusing) his authority as Speaker of the House, he immediately assigned H.Res.385 to a committee that was packed with his cronies so that the measure would simply remain shelved and die an unceremonious death.
As Breitbart reported: "House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) had been planning to call up on the House floor last week a measure from Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) that would have removed him as Speaker of the House if it succeeded—intending to embarrass Meadows—but abandoned the plan after his entire leadership structure learned that they did not have the votes to re-elect him as Speaker before the August recess."
But Boehner's not going to get off that easy. Under House rules, Meadows can bring H.Res.385 to the floor as what is called a privileged resolution and, if he brings it up, the House MUST vote on it; and that is exactly what we want Meadows and conservatives in Congress to do, because, quite frankly, Boehner probably still does not have the votes to retain his position and we want him gone... for good.
And when the measure comes before the full House, it will send a resounding message to the GOP Elites in Washington: No more ...

I think we should all defund the RNC and the various PACs that support Boehner and McConnell until such time as they are removed. Instead, donate directly to proven Constitutional, small-government Republicans who also vote against Boehner and McConnell. Do not donate to any Republican who votes for Boehner or McConnell. Money and power seem to be the only language these Democrat Lites understand.
The RNC is part of the problem. Those of us who do nothing but watch what is happening AND ONLY COMPLAIN, are part of the problem too. The party is divided into "The Establishment", The Tea Party(3), conservatives, and who knows how many more groups. What is the story with the AZ GOP? Which group is Mr Graham in? Are there any Republican conservative activists? Please refer me to them or them to me.
Find your local Tea Party and start with them. Your local Republican club may or may not be conservatives and constitutionalists. (Ours in Payson is solid, but that may be the case in every county).
Don't join the Scottsdale Tea party. They are supporting the local sham bond issue! TEA=taxed enough already I guess they forgot that part. So be sure to vet them if you join one.
Tea Party Scottsdale begins our work for Election 2016 at our General Meeting on Thursday, Septemer 17 @ 6:30 p.m. at the Scottsdale Chaparral Suites.
Anticipating a Scottsdale Bond Election this November, 2015, our Featured speakers will be Scottsdale City Councilpersons
Suzanne Klapp, Virginia Korte and Kathy Littlefield. Bring your questions. The City Council listened to the voters' rejection of the last Bond proposal and believe that they have addressed those issues. Come and find out how they have cut the Bond request down to items necessary to maintain the quality of the Scottdale lifestyle.
Also, come to find out why we could only invite 3 Council Members.
I don't think that open meeting law applies because all council members appeared together on this issue at a republican club meeting. Virginia Korte is the worst kind of establishment person. She became a councilman so she could do things to increase her property values in south Scottsdale. She is not to be trusted. TEA=Taxed enough already so why is a leader of the Scottsdale Tea Party in favor of this tax? I read the questions on the website and many of the items on there are maintenance items. You don't float a bond issue for 20 years to pay for maintenance. There is a General fund for that and there is money in there to pay for most of the stuff on the list. I wouldn't trust tea party leaders who don't know what TEA stands for! This bond tax is a joke - on us, the taxpayer.
Boycott the AZ GOP as to sending money. Graham needs to be recalled as the leader of the AZ GOP. Graham is entrenched as a supporter of McCain and other GOPe.
The RNC is not part of the problem. They are THE problem and the basis for the GOPe series that has been running on this website.
@Richard Dunn: Graham, are you kidding? Despite what PCs have voted for him to do - close the primary - he refuses and makes up all kinds of stupid reasons why he can't and they are all lies. He takes his orders from John McCain and he gets all of McCain's big donors to give him money to screw the conservatives. And Graham is a crook besides. If you want to hook up with other conservatives, AFA is the place to do it. You just put out a call to do that. Are you a PC? Is your district conservative or liberal? Either way, there are conservatives in every district and that is a good place to start. Don't wait for them to come to you, go to them.
FYI, Robert Graham, the state GOP chair, came up to Payson to talk to the Gila County Republican Committee two weeks ago and said it is too late to resurrect the stalled effort to get rid of Open Primaries in favor of Closed Primaries for the next voting cycle.
So unless Kelli Ward can generate a large amount of public notice among the disenchanted Republicans (and anyone else who gets to vote in our Primary), and I desperately hope she can, we are stuck with McCain for six more years.
It seems all we can do is to be ready for Jeff Flake's next campaign, whether it be the Closed Primary (as the Libertarians got into place) or to get a Caucus system installed in AZ. More of the same will just allow the Independents and stealth Democrats to put forth Jeff Flake again to represent the mushy middle (in spite of his claims to the contrary in his last Primary).
Do not give up on defeating McCain next year. Graham is lying to save McCain (and himself). Also, remember no matter what, when we turn out all our fellow Conservatives - Ind. Dem(?) and Rep.- we will beat McCain. There are many Independents who are not squishy Left. All they need is an education in McCain's disgusting record. Don't give up; spread the word about McCain..There is more fully-researched information coming.
Email me for more information, but don't give up! firstname.lastname@example.org
I am already boycotting the RNC. An excellent idea to call out to all to boycott selected Super PACs. But a list would be needed. No need to ask voters to look up the Super PACs name and address.
OK, guys. Don't just boycott the RNC and the AZGOP! Hurt them in the wallet. How many requests for money have you gotten from RNC lately? And they include a postage paid envelope, right? Maybe not Graham at AZGOP - he's too cheap unless he's helping establishments types. So you just put all your junk mail in the envelope and mail it to RNC. Be sure to use a black marker to mark though the bar code on the outside of the env - that is tied right to you. It's the happiest part of opening mail for me.
