I've been in contact with Steven Richer, the attorney that did the GOP investigation. There are a couple other groups wanting to attack the voter fraud issue and we are all working independently at this time. Steven and I are interested in trying to work together. I have provided the signed statements to him a couple days ago. He will get back to me after his review.
My concern is maintaining integrity of our concerns and efforts without exposing everything we have prior to presenting it to the AG's office. We must instill in our presentation that the people have control over the government based on they govern due to the consent of the governed. We need government, but it is our government and it is out of control.
Federalist 51, James Madison talks about "control" of both being necessary in effective government. But his statement about having "auxiliary precautions" is what I am addressing. Federalist 10 "These "auxiliary precautions" are "Republican remedy for the diseases most incident to Republican Government." These are "Democratic tyranny" and "Democratic ineptitude". We are faced with the first, "Democratic Tyranny", but by hijacking of our elections through bad policy and corruption of our constitution. Democratic Tyranny is a majority abusing the rights and liberties of the minority due to their "interested and overbearing" mob rule mentality and practice being imposed on us. This was done in our elections with corruption of long standing practices being changed to better affect department ideologies under new leadership allowing DACA, out of state and illegals to vote.
It is important to remember this is our government in that "The power of government is inherent in the people, Government derives it's just powers from the consent of the governed and the purpose of government is to protect and preserve individual rights". One of our individual rights is to vote in our government. Therefore, it is the duty of the AG's office to investigate this violation.
