OK, we all know there was a lot of fraud in this past election. The evidence of voting irregularities is over whelming but if you don’t believe that, things that happened just don’t pass the smell test.
In Arizona we can eliminate all the court challenges, re-counts, re-certifications etc. by doing one simple thing.
We can call upon our Governor and State legislators to call a Special Session for the purpose of voting on a Slate of Electors who will vote for President Trump in the Electoral College vote.
This is legal and in the Constitution. Detractors will say it’s illegal, unconstitutional and that we’re stealing their vote. To that I say, Tough S__t. Turn around is fair play.
I’ve already talked to my Representative, Rep. A. Kern and suggest that you contact your Senators, Representatives and the Governor. Ask for the Special Session!
Republicans need to stop being nice and play hard ball, just like the Dems. This is a battle that must be won and we must use every legal avenue available to us to win out. Call your Representatives, Senators and Governor today. Let’s get the ball rolling.
Hi, I was wondering if you are a caregiver for your husband for his medical marijuana? Did you have to pay 200 bucks to get it? I would like my wife to be mine and they seem to indicate that it's going to cost $200. Just wondering...
Hi, hope you and your hubby are doing well. Haven't heard or connected in a while, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to ask you something. Since there is a major drive for the 2016 recreational marijuana initiative, I was wondering if you know the actual dose your husband takes, as far as THC potency? Seems that Colorado has a very wide and generally high amounts in some of the products.
My worry has always been that science can make it so concentrated that it becomes deadly toxic, especially if a pharmaceutical gets a hold of it.
I also looked at one of the NIDA studies that had less than 500 hundred people involved, which the FDA would not even listen for such a low group, yet that's what's being put as 'fact'. Funny how the Government picks one that is behind their agenda over one that has many (over 10 X) the people.
Another area that should be on record is that if it passes as a population initiative, it takes 75 % vote to modify it. I would think it would be smarter to legalize it via the House and State and have the ability to modify it might be a better tact. Just wondering your thoughts on the matter.
Hi, new knee, ooowch.... Did you see where the JAMA stated that in the states that have Medical Marijuana that the fatalities by drug abuse have dropped 20%? I haven't chased it down, but it was on channel 10 Fox today or yesterday...
How are you and your hubby doing? I receive a weekly newsletter for pharmaceuticals and the last one showed that GW is working with NYS:
GW Pharma and New York State to initiate trials of cannabidiol in epilepsy UK-based GW Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapeutics from its proprietary cannabinoid product platform, has welcomed an agreement with New York State to initiate clinical trials using cannabidiol (CBD) to help treat children diagnosed with epilepsy who suffer from seizures and other medical complications.
I saw a story on this, and I believe it's the same people, NYS hospital doing this, spent millions to get approval (including a few hundred pound safe, secured to the floor and three separate camera surveillance systems) the strain they are testing does not get you high, even when purchased at a Medical Marijuana store!
I have written Congressman Trent Franks, who always votes NO on any Marijuana related issue about this and how over 20 countries have some form of Marijuana offered and that we can't even research it in the US. I actually started with a request to redo the Schedule I to allow research. I can't believe that ANY country would not allow legitimate research, if you can't trust them, we are in a bad state... He also compare Marijuana with an opioid, which is far from the truth. It seems every time they open their mouths they radiate ignorance.
With your husband, you should be more active, I say this, because I don't know what you are active in... Sorry, I just have beat my head against this ignorance for way too long. Attempting to explain that I'm not pushing legalizing as much as I want research and the drug to be viewed in a different light. I wish someone else would run and I'd vote for them, assuming.....
Never received any feedback from what I posted in April...
Thanks, a person commented on how she kind of jumps people as it seems to be in her nature. She has yet to comment about your situation. I can't even get her to watch the video, she compares it to left wing books, and as you probably know it's nothing like that. Thanks for the info on the costs, I need to do something but am afraid of our governments drive to kill a medical marijuana drive USA wide. I don't feel it's even really legal here, if I need to go somewhere, I couldn't drive, if I was even a once a month user as it would open me up to a DUI. When the legislators get off their butts and correct these problems then it might be legal. It took almost 2 years to get it going because of the governor and the county and state attorney.
I wish people like Rebeca could at least watch the video and then hear what she had to say. I guess shes like a lot of them and just sticks her head in the ground knowing she's right.
Now they are sicking Chuck Norris on me as on their side, but after reading his comments I think we are on the same side as he said that Marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol. You might want to read it....
I found this in one of my messages that I've been wanting to post. Just to show what infuriates me about the Government legislation.
Specifically, H.R. 4046, the Unmuzzle the Drug Czar Act of 2014, would amend the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 to remove the following language from the obligations of the director:
(12) shall ensure that no Federal funds appropriated to the Office of National Drug Control Policy shall be expended for any study or contract relating to the legalization (for a medical use or any other use) of a substance listed in schedule I of [the Controlled Substances Act] and.take such actions as necessary to oppose any attempt to legalize the use of a substance (in any form) that –
This is from the requirements of the director, as I understand there are other legislative rules that have been implemented since the 70's that are much like this.
