If you have lived in Arizona for any length of time, you may recall that years ago one popular news channel had a public service announcement that went like this:
"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." Psalm 33: 12.
This was in the 70's when political correctness was not one of the biggest obstacles to our religious freedom.
Christians in America have tolerated other beliefs and cultures even when they did not like what they stood for. An amalgamation of so-called Christian churches with Islam (Chrislam) seems to be creating a type of new buzz word for "religious freedom". Attempting to appear tolerant by compromise, some are losing their way. This is effecting our laws.
What have we received in return for our American belief that all men were created equal? That we have certain unalienable rights? Others can stand up for their ideologies and promote them in the public arena but we cannot without fear of being called that nasty word INTOLERANT.
Islam is taking full advantage of this by promoting Sharia next to our Constitution. If you are not Christian, eventually this will effect you too. The land that allowed you not to believe could force you to accept Islam by the very nature of the law of the land: Sharia.
